Host an Event
We love hosting events in the studio space.. but here are a few things to keep in mind when planning out your event
Please make sure you book enough time for set up and clean up— we don’t cover set up and clean up time.
We will charge a $100 fee for anyone who isn’t out at their designated time (unless communicated with Sophia) more times than not we have guests coming in after you, so let’s respect their time as well.
We don’t give out refunds but you’re more than welcome to reschedule through your confirmation email if needed. Reach out with any questions.
We take a 25% non-refundable deposit at booking if resevation is not paid in full. This deposit goes towards your total rental cost. The remaining balance will be processed via the card put on file exactly 2 weeks before your booking date to secure your spot.
The space can hold up to 50-75 people, please plan accordingly. The studio is about 1000 square feet.
We do have an accessible entry
Wifi is available as well as a bluetooth speaker
Our space is contactless entry via keypad, you will get the door code on your email 24 hours before!
We do NOT have a kitchen only a bathroom
We have three 6 foot banquet tables available to rent as an add on at booking for only $15 each.
We have about 8 dining chairs in the space, so please plan accordingly and rent chairs from a rental company or bring your own!
Please NO smoking or vaping inside the studio
Please NO taping things to the wall without approval
You can pull up in front of our space to unload
Paid street parking is available + Paid lot parking
Alcohol is permitted but at your own discretion we are not responsible for anything alcohol related during your rental (please make sure everyone in your party is responsible and respectful) please mop the floors after your event if any alcohol or drinks are spilled on the floor
Please clean up anything that you bring into the space for your event, trash bags are in the bathroom, all trash needs to go out to the rumpke bins across the street after your event.
We charge a $50 cleaning fee for all events that involve food or drink, so that our space can be properly cleaned by our cleaning crew for the next guests. If you plan on bringing food or drinks please add this cleaning fee on to your reservation otherwise we will charge the card on file. Thank you so much in advance!
Example events: baby showers, small parties, conferences, team meetings, gender reveals, mini styled concept shoots, influencer gatherings, small tailgates, pop up parties, small yoga/pilates classes (if you are looking to host an event that you are not sure about please reach out and we can chat about logistics of your idea)
